For more than four decades, I've worked at the intersection of business leadership and financial strategy. As the owner of my own company for over 20 years, and later as President and CFO of founder-led and private equity-backed businesses, I've learned that successful companies aren't built by finance alone.

I've spent my career helping management teams strengthen those connections, improve decision-making, create organizational discipline, build scalable financial infrastructure, and prepare companies for growth, ownership transitions, and successful transactions.

Today, I work with founder-led companies, private equity firms, and independent sponsors as a Strategic & Executive CFO. Whether preparing a business for sale, supporting an acquisition, improving operational performance, or serving as an interim executive, my role extends well beyond financial reporting. I help leadership teams understand the operational drivers behind financial performance and develop practical strategies that build stronger, more valuable businesses.

My focus is helping organizations improve those fundamentals so financial performance becomes the natural result of a well-managed business.
